Greenish-yellow color with golden highlights. Floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom, with notes of fresh herbs and white peach. Ripe, intense fruits, balanced acidity, and a smooth, sweet finish.
Fish, seafood, cheeses, foie gras, white and poultry meats, but also pairs well with richer foods like Iberian ham. Avoid dishes with strong aromas (vinegar, curry, spicy seasonings, and paprika). Perfect with fruit-based desserts like apple pie, crème brûlée, flan, ice cream, and cream-based pastries.
